Ingredients

  • 4 fluid ounces Whiskey
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 lemon slices for garnish
  • 3/4 fluid ounce simple syrup

Directions

  • Pour Whiskey
  • Pour Lemon juice
  • Pour simple syrup
  • Combine all in shaker fill
  • fill with ice then cover and start shaking until it feels frosted
  • Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with lemon slices

  • Fill wine glass with 3 ice cubes
  • Pour Prosecco
  • Pour Soda
  • Pour Aperol
  • Garnish with Orange slices

  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • Cup of ice cubes
  • Lime Zest
  • Lime Wheel
  • Pour Gin
  • Add Simple Syrup
  • Pour Lime Juice
  • Combine in shaker and Start shaking until it is frosty
  • Strain into a coupe glass
  • Garnish with Lime Zest over top and Lime wheel on the rim

  • Lemon Peel
  • 3 fluid ounces Whiskey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Directions

  • Pour Peychaud’s bitters
  • Pour Angostura Bitters
  • Add Sugar
  • Add ice
  • Pour Whiskey
  • Twist A lemon peel
  • Start Shaking until getting frosted
  • Strain into a chilled glass
  • Twist a lemon peel again and get rid of the old one.

  • 1 Peeled Cucumber
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cups of ice
  • 3 fluid ounces tonic water
  • 2 Lime slices for Garnish
  • Chop most of the cucumber into large chunks
  • Place in blender
  • Add lime juice
  • Add Sugar
  • Blend until smooth
  • Strain into a glass
  • Garnish with Cucumber thin Slices and Lime slices
